It's still early in the baseball season and struggling
fantasy owners still have hope. There
are a number of good options that are still available to improve your MLB lineup. Some players may need to be stashed until
later, but they could have potential impact later. Here are a few available options
Eddie Butler
No longer with the dismay that was the Rockies, Eddie Butler
is free to succeed in the majors. His
dominate performance in Triple A has led him to being called up by the
Cubs. He makes for a great pickup
because he is only owned in about six percent of CBS leagues and seems certain
for a breakout.
Jose Urena
If you need help at the pitching spot, Urena may be your
guy. His recent performance could get
him a permanent spot in the 5 day rotation.
His incredible 96.1 mph fastball and his improving strikeout rate are
reason to add him to your fantasy team.
Jorge Soler
The former Cubs star is still getting over an injury but
seems primed for success in Kansas City.
Owned in only six percent of leagues he is worth stashing on your
roster. If Soler continues to struggle,
the Royals have few, if any options.
Luis Perdomo
Perdomo struggled early but has cut his 9.00 ERA nearly in
half. Perhaps even more impressive is
that he has only has given up one homer since his first start in April. Owned in twenty percent of league, now is the
time to grab Perdomo if you think he will continue the good pitching.
These are just a few guys that may be able to improve your
performance in your league. For even
